Currently based in the South Bend and Chicagoland areas, Victoria Schemenauer recently completed her Master of Music degree at Indiana University under the tutelage of Julia Bentley. An enthusiastic performer, her past credits include opera, recital, and concert work.

Victoria was seen most recently joining

the South Bend Lyric Opera chorus for the premier of Marjorie Rusche’s Our American Odyssey.  A lover of new music, highlights

of her last season include premiering the

role of The Girl  in Paul Herman’s newly composed opera The Gift with South Bend Lyric Opera, Esme in Jamey Guzman’s opera Open Heart Surgery  in conjunction with the New Works Project at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana.
